Sony’s recent unveiling of the both art for its Team Ico collection just reminded us about how many excellent games are on the way soon.
The team Ico collection will include greatly upgraded versions of Ico and Shadow Of The Colossus, and Sony also has a new God Of War collection on the way which includes both God Of War: Chains Of Olympus and God Of War: Ghost Of Sparta.
Ubisoft also has a collection of its own due very soon. The Splinter Cell Collection is due out on the 16th September and will feature the first three games. Unfortunately, multiplayer won’t be available, but we’re still looking forward to returning to Sam’s original missions.
Last, but by no means least is Konami. It has no less than three collections due by the end of the year. Zone OF The Enders features both PS2 games, The Silent Hill Collection boasts Silent Hill 2 and Silent Hill 3, while its Metal Gear Solid Collection features Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons Of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.
Needless to say if you haven’t played any of these classics, you’ll be getting a lot of great value for your money.
