Cheap Thrills: Perspective

Long time no post guys,

I’ve been busy lately and got a little distracted from the blog, but now I’m back and to kick things off I’ve got an indie game review. The game I’ve chosen is a cute puzzle platformer called Perspective. You play a dog, who’s trying to reach his, a little old lady. There’s actually a nice ending to it, so its worth playing through. The game is simple enough, at the beginning, but later it gets more challenging. Unfortunately, the game is pretty short, so it does feel like there should be more coming when the game then just kinda ends. Which really does feel sad, but I’d really love to see a sale version of this game with more levels (I realize that not a lot of people want to create 200 levels and not get paid). All in all I give this game a 4.5 out of 5. A more detailed rating can be seen below.

Graphics and design: 8 of 10
Sound Design: 8 of 10
Gameplay:9 of 10
Concept: 9 of 10
Controls: 8 of 10
Fun: 8 of 10
Level Design: 8

Cheers,

Old Man Jenkins
