A free promotion will make Left 4 Dead 2 characters playable in Resident Evil 6 and the other way around only on PC. Today, Capcom announced a free new crossover promotion that will feature Left 4 Dead 2 characters and creatures to Resident Evil 6  and then vice versa. The main group Left 4 Dead 2 Coach, Ellis, Rochelle, and Nick will be PC-Exclusive  characters in Resident 6’s No Mercy Mode. Also instead of just the 4 characters of Valve’s Left 4 Dead 2 two special infected zombies, The Witch and the Mini Tank, will appear in Resident Evil 6’s No Mercy mode. Resident Evil 6 will be released for PC on March 22, 2013. However the crossover won’t be out until April 5, 2013, Capcom said it automatically download in the background.

Besides the Left 4 Dead 2 characters coming to Resident Evil 6 There will also be Resident Evil 6 characters in Left 4 Dead 2. Resident Evil 6 baddies Lepotitsa, Napad, and Ogroman will also be available in Left 4 Dead 2 sometime in Spring of 2013. Capcom stated that these enemies were created by Valve developers using Steam Workshop tools.
