The good people over at Speed Demos Archive are having a marathon this weekend that you should check out. They will be doing speed runs in 50 games over 3 days in an effort to raise money for autism research. In this interview, several of the SDA staff talk at length about this and past marathons, the history of the Speed Demos Archive, what runs have most impressed them over the years, and where they hope to see the site go in the future.
