Valve is launching a beta test for its new Steam service called Big Picture mode. This version of Steam will allow you to play your Steam games directly on your television. In their hands on preview, Kotaku reports that it is “sleek, intuitive, and groundbreaking in several ways.”

Hideo Kojima has posted some screenshots of the Tokyo Game Show 2012 build of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. These pictures, while taken off a monitor with his phone, look amazing, demonstrating the high level of graphical quality the game will have. It is clear that Platinum Games is continuing their trend of high quality visuals paired with high intensity action ala Bayonetta and Vanquish.

This was one of our favorite Sega Genesis/Mega Drive games. X-Men 2: Clone Wars. The game controls and plays a bit like Shinobi III, which is great. It features various characters and scenarios related to the comic book and 90’s animated series.
The cover art has a sort of clean and graphic look to it. From an art perspective, I think its pretty cool.
