“It’s the year 2022…” Starring Charlton Heston, Soylent Green is set in a dystopian future where pollution, world hunger, and the greenhouse effect have hit an all time high. Cheeseburgers and fries are a thing of the past, people now survive on mass produced, highly processed rations called “soylent green”. But there’s a dirty secret about soylent green which ends dramatically in a perfect “what a twist!” moment. Overall, Soylent Green is a 70’s detective story colored in science fiction.

Soylent Green never had any video games, but should appeal to gamers for it’s dystopian future and blend of science fiction.
