Adam Sessler of Rev3 Games posted a video interview with “punk rock” game developer, Suda 51. They discuss the direction and story of his latest game, Killer Is Dead. Suda 51 explains a bit about Mondo Zappa and his abilities, the background story of the world, and some of the parallels between Killer Is Dead and his past games including No More Heroes. He also explains Killer Is Dead was developed in Unreal Engine 3 but his team developed a new graphic style they call the high contrast shader in order to make the title look unique.

Killer Is Dead is being developed by Grasshopper Manufacture for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. It’s been announced for a US release in Summer 2013 by publisher, XSeed & Kadokawa Games.
